We all know that there is no single divyadesam gets mentioned from all the 12 āzhvārs in their divya prabandhams. At the most, thiruvarangam gets mentioned from only 11 āzhvārs, with the exception of sri madhurakavi āzhvār.
If we look at His other four forms, only a handful of āzhvārs sung on His para rūpam (at paramapadam) and vyūha rūpam (at kshērābdhi) and few āzhvārs on His antaryāmi. Finally, if we look at His vibhava avathārams, again not all but few āzhvārs sung on His matsya, kūrma, varāha, vāmana, parasurāma, rāmā and kalki avathārams. So a question arises - is there one common subject that all 12 azhvars considered and composed their pasurams on that subject?
In bhagavad gītā, chapter 4, slokam 5, bhagavān says:
janma karma cha me divyam evaṁ yo vetti tattvataḥ
tyaktvā dehaṁ punar janma naiti mām eti so ’rjuna
(Those who knows about My divine birth (avathāram) and activities (chaēstitam), O Arjun, upon leaving the body, never takes birth again (in this samsāra), but come to My eternal abode (sri vaikuntam))
The main purpose for sending His nitya sūris down to earth, as āzhvārs, is to ensure they enlighten this path of liberation (i.e impart the knowledge of His divine janma and karma) to jīvātmas and make them liberate from samsāra to attain His eternal abode. This was diligently carried out by all the 12 āzhvārs, not in one or two, but in all of their 24 prabandhams.
Adiyen, with the divine mercy of āzhvārs and āchāryas, listed here a few of these verses used by āzhvārs in their pāsurams, describing the janma and karmas of bhagavān srI krishnā.
Out of 32 lines, the first eight describes His janma, the next eight His mischiefs, the third eight His heroic acts and the last eight His involvements in Mahabharatha. The last column provides the equivalent English meaning to follow His birth (descend from srI vaikuntam) and life stages.
So, srI krishnāvatharam is the one subject, where all the twelve āzhvārs sung in all their twenty-four prabandhams.
Please find the list of pasurams and the prabandhams in this document.
